TL;DR
This study explores how neighborhood deprivation and income affect loneliness in cancer caregivers, finding that lower income is linked to higher loneliness.
Contribution
The study identifies income as a significant factor in loneliness among cancer caregivers, independent of neighborhood deprivation.
Findings
Caregivers with household incomes below $70,000 experience higher loneliness than those with higher incomes.
No significant association was found between area deprivation index and loneliness.
No interaction effect was detected between area deprivation index and income on loneliness.
