Abstract
Campylobacter zoonosis from poultry remains a global public health concern. We report on the genomic data of Campylobacter jejuni and C. coli isolated from hospitalized pediatric diarrhea patients and chicken ceca in Bangladesh to help provide deeper insight into genetic diversity and the possible association of pediatric campylobacteriosis with chicken-derived Campylobacter.
