Abstract
随着间变性淋巴瘤激酶(anaplastic lymphoma kinase, ALK)酪氨酸激酶基因重排突变在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC)中被发现,针对ALK的靶向治疗不断发展。新一代ALK抑制剂布格替尼(Brigatinib)已在ALK阳性的NSCLC患者中被证明具有显著疗效,并在肿瘤深度缓解、脑转移患者的治疗、生活质量和长期生存等多方面均具有临床获益。本文将对布格替尼的最新研究进展和探索方向进行综述。
