## TL;DR

Brigatinib is a new ALK inhibitor that shows significant benefits in treating non-small cell lung cancer, especially in patients with brain metastases.

## Contribution

This paper reviews recent advances and future directions in the use of Brigatinib for ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer.

## Key findings

- Brigatinib provides deep tumor response in ALK-positive NSCLC patients.
- It improves outcomes for patients with brain metastases.
- The drug enhances quality of life and long-term survival.
