近年来,多发性原发性肺癌(multiple primary lung cancer, MPLC)不断增加,在临床工作中不容忽视。MPLC的治疗方式目前仍有争议,但手术被公认为最主要的治疗方式,目前研究表明,MPLC的治疗需根据不同的患者制定多模式治疗。本文综述了MPLC的多种治疗方法,包括手术、消融、化疗、放疗、靶向治疗和免疫治疗,旨在促进对MPLC治疗的认识。
