## Abstract

近年来，多发性原发性肺癌（multiple primary lung cancer, MPLC）不断增加，在临床工作中不容忽视。MPLC的治疗方式目前仍有争议，但手术被公认为最主要的治疗方式，目前研究表明，MPLC的治疗需根据不同的患者制定多模式治疗。本文综述了MPLC的多种治疗方法，包括手术、消融、化疗、放疗、靶向治疗和免疫治疗，旨在促进对MPLC治疗的认识。
