Abstract
急性髓系白血病(AML)是髓系造血干/祖细胞恶性疾病,尽管近年来血液疾病领域新药层出不穷,造血干细胞移植(HSCT)在血液疾病领域中的地位仍不可取代。本文就HSCT在AML的适应证调整和供者选择、预处理方案的更新、移植后复发的新型预防策略、新型靶向药物、免疫治疗联合HSCT改善复发/难治AML患者预后以及老年AML的移植技术优化进行综述。
