Contribution
This case report provides a detailed clinical account of high-grade serous cancer metastasis to the inguinal lymph nodes.
Findings
Histopathological analysis confirmed high-grade serous carcinoma in the left fallopian tube and ovary.
Post-surgery, no residual disease was found, and the patient responded well to chemotherapy.
PET-CT identified the tumor in the left adnexa with no other organ involvement.
