TL;DR
A rare case of Guillain-Barre syndrome after a stem cell transplant is reported, highlighting the importance of early diagnosis and treatment.
Contribution
This paper presents a rare case of Guillain-Barre syndrome following allogeneic stem cell transplantation in China.
Findings
A patient developed Guillain-Barre syndrome five months after a stem cell transplant.
High-dose intravenous immunoglobulin treatment led to muscle strength recovery.
Early diagnosis and treatment improved the patient's prognosis.
