TL;DR
This paper presents the full genome sequences of three Staphylococcus epidermidis strains from patients with skin diseases in Japan.
Contribution
The novel contribution is the complete genome sequencing of three S. epidermidis strains from Japanese patients.
Findings
The complete genome sequences of three S. epidermidis strains were determined.
The strains were isolated from patients with skin diseases in Japan.
Abstract
Staphylococcus epidermidis is a member of the human skin microbiota as a commensal organism but could be an important opportunistic pathogen for immunocompromised individuals. Here, we report the complete genome sequence of three S. epidermidis strains isolated from patients with skin diseases.
Genes, proteins, chemicals, diseases, species, mutations and cell lines named across the full text — each resolved to its canonical identifier and authoritative record.
