## TL;DR

This paper presents the full genome sequences of three Staphylococcus epidermidis strains from patients with skin diseases in Japan.

## Contribution

The novel contribution is the complete genome sequencing of three S. epidermidis strains from Japanese patients.

## Key findings

- The complete genome sequences of three S. epidermidis strains were determined.
- The strains were isolated from patients with skin diseases in Japan.

## Abstract

Staphylococcus epidermidis is a member of the human skin microbiota as a commensal organism but could be an important opportunistic pathogen for immunocompromised individuals. Here, we report the complete genome sequence of three S. epidermidis strains isolated from patients with skin diseases.
