Superluminal Phenomena and the Quantum Preferred Frame
Jakub Rembielinski (Lodz, Poland)

TL;DR
This paper explores a speculative model of electromagnetic wave propagation in a medium influenced by a quantum preferred frame, motivated by recent experimental findings.
Contribution
It introduces a new effective Maxwell-like framework accounting for a quantum preferred frame affecting electromagnetic propagation.
Findings
Proposes a physically admissible model for superluminal phenomena.
Suggests the existence of a quantum preferred frame impacts electromagnetic behavior.
Provides theoretical solutions consistent with recent experimental observations.
Abstract
Motivated by a number of recent experiments, we discuss in this paper a speculative but physically admissible form and solutions of effective Maxwell-like equations describing propagation of electromagnetic field in a medium which ``feels'' a quantum preferred frame.
