Quantum SL(3,C)'s with classical representation theory
Christian Ohn (Universite de Reims, France)

TL;DR
This paper classifies quantum SL(3,C) groups with representation theories akin to classical SL(3,C), highlighting the extent of similarity and identifying a remaining case linked to elliptic curves.
Contribution
It provides a near-complete classification of quantum SL(3,C) groups based on their representation theory, with one exceptional case related to elliptic curves.
Findings
Most quantum SL(3,C) groups have representation theories similar to classical SL(3,C)
A single case related to elliptic curves remains unclassified
The classification advances understanding of quantum group structures
Abstract
We study and classify almost all quantum SL(3,C)'s whose representation theory is ``similar'' to that of the (ordinary) group SL(3,C). Only one case, related to smooth elliptic curves, could not be treated completely.
