TL;DR
This paper demonstrates the fabrication of coupled nano-strips with varying dimensions to achieve controllable optical magnetic responses across the entire visible spectrum, from red to blue.
Contribution
It introduces a universal nano-structure design and fabrication method for tunable optical magnetism spanning the full visible range.
Findings
Achieved magnetic responses across red to blue spectrum
Provided a general fabrication recipe for optical magnetism
Enabled practical implementations of controllable optical magnetic effects
Abstract
A family of coupled nano-strips with varying dimensions is fabricated to obtain optical magnetic responses across the whole visible spectrum, from red to blue. The proposed approach provides one with a universal building block and a general recipe for producing controllable optical magnetism for various practical implementations.
