Reply to "Comment on 'Comparison of potential models with the pp-scattering data below 350 MeV.' "
V.Stoks, J.J. de Swart

TL;DR
This paper defends a previous study comparing NN potential models with pp-scattering data, clarifying that identified flaws are not actual errors, and emphasizes the validity of their original analysis.
Contribution
It provides a rebuttal to criticisms of their earlier comparison study, reaffirming the accuracy of their potential model evaluations.
Findings
The supposed flaws are not genuine errors.
The original comparison remains valid.
The critique does not undermine the original results.
Abstract
Replying to the above Comment by G.Q.Li and R.Machleidt, we point out that the supposed "flaws" in our Comparison of NN potential models with the pp- scattering data [ Phys.Rev.C47,761(1993) ] are in reality not flaws at all.
