Albert Clop

TL;DR
This paper establishes necessary conditions for sets to be removable for H"older continuous quasiregular mappings in the plane and presents some results for mappings of finite distortion.
Contribution
It provides new criteria for removability of sets in the context of H"older continuous quasiregular mappings and extends results to mappings with finite distortion.
Findings
Identifies necessary conditions for set removability.
Provides removability results for finite distortion mappings.
Advances understanding of singularities in quasiregular mappings.
Abstract
We give necessary conditions for a set E to be removable for Holder continuous quasiregular mappings in the plane. We also obtain some removability results for Holder continuous mappings of finite distortion.
