Large Sieve Inequalities for Characters to Powerful Moduli
Stephan Baier, Liangyi Zhao

TL;DR
This paper generalizes large sieve inequalities for characters to powerful moduli, improving upon previous results and providing a more comprehensive formula for these inequalities.
Contribution
It introduces a generalized large sieve inequality for characters to powerful moduli, extending and improving prior work by Zhao.
Findings
Derived a new large sieve inequality for powerful moduli
Improved bounds over previous results by Zhao
Provided a general formula applicable to a wider class of moduli
Abstract
In this paper we aim to generalize the results in Baier and Zhao and develop a general formula for large sieve with characters to powerful moduli that will be an improvement to the result of Zhao.
