Geometry of symplectic intersections
Paul Biran

TL;DR
This paper surveys various intersection phenomena in symplectic topology, explores their implications, and discusses new connections to algebraic geometry, providing a comprehensive overview of the field.
Contribution
It introduces new relations between symplectic topology and algebraic geometry, expanding understanding of intersection phenomena.
Findings
Different intersection phenomena in symplectic topology are characterized.
Implications of these phenomena are analyzed.
New links to algebraic geometry are proposed.
Abstract
In this paper we survey several intersection and non-intersection phenomena appearing in the realm of symplectic topology. We discuss their implications and finally outline some new relations of the subject to algebraic geometry.
