Correlation functions for symmetrized increasing subsequences
Eric M. Rains

TL;DR
This paper demonstrates that correlation functions for symmetrized increasing subsequences can be represented as pfaffians of antisymmetric kernels, extending previous results for the unsymmetrized case.
Contribution
It generalizes the correlation function representation from unsymmetrized to symmetrized increasing subsequences using pfaffian formulas.
Findings
Correlation functions are expressed as pfaffians of antisymmetric kernels.
Generalization of previous results to symmetrized cases.
Provides a unified framework for both symmetrized and unsymmetrized subsequences.
Abstract
We show that the correlation functions associated to symmetrized increasing subsequence problems can be expressed as pfaffians of certain antisymmetric matrix kernels, thus generalizing the result of math.RT/9907127 for the unsymmetrized case.
