Contribution
It introduces the concept of angular momentum-energy space and analyzes its structure for significant central force scenarios, offering new insights into classical particle motion.
Findings
Characterization of angular momentum-energy space for specific central force cases
Identification of key properties and structures within these spaces
Enhanced understanding of particle dynamics in potential fields
Abstract
In this paper we shall define and study the angular momentum-energy space for the classical problem of plane-motions of a particle situated in a potential field of a central force. We shall present the angular momentum-energy space for some important cases.
