Weinhold'length in an isochoric thermodynamic system at constant heat capacity
Manuel Santoro

TL;DR
This paper investigates the thermodynamic length in an isochoric 2D system with constant heat capacity, relating it to heat flow, and provides examples using ideal and Van der Waals gases.
Contribution
It introduces a relationship between thermodynamic length and heat flow in isochoric systems with constant heat capacity, with specific examples.
Findings
Thermodynamic length is related to heat flow.
Explicit calculations for ideal and Van der Waals gases.
Provides a new perspective on thermodynamic geometry.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to study thermodynamic length of an isochoric two dimensional thermodynamic system with constant heat capacity. We find that length is related to the heat flow into the substance. We give examples of Ideal gas and Van der Waals gas.
