The Approximating Hamiltonian Method for the Imperfect Boson Gas
Joseph V. Pule, Valentin A.Zagrebnov

TL;DR
This paper introduces a new, simple, and general method based on the Approximating Hamiltonian argument to derive the pressure of the Imperfect Boson gas, enhancing existing approaches.
Contribution
The paper presents a novel application of the Approximating Hamiltonian method to the Imperfect Boson gas, simplifying the derivation of its pressure.
Findings
The method successfully derives the pressure for the Imperfect Boson gas.
The approach is simple and broadly applicable.
It offers an alternative to existing derivation techniques.
Abstract
The pressure for the Imperfect (Mean Field) Boson gas can be derived in several ways. The aim of the present note is to provide a new method based on the Approximating Hamiltonian argument which is extremely simple and very general.
