Non-Extensive Bose-Einstein Condensation Model
T. Michoel, A. Verbeure

TL;DR
This paper presents an exact solution to an imperfect Boson gas model with repulsive interactions, demonstrating a form of Bose-Einstein condensation that occurs without the usual macroscopic ground state occupation.
Contribution
It introduces a non-extensive Bose-Einstein condensation model where condensation occurs without macroscopic ground state occupation, expanding understanding of phase transitions in bosonic systems.
Findings
Proves the existence of non-extensive Bose-Einstein condensation.
Shows condensation can occur without macroscopic occupation of the ground state.
Provides an exact solution to the imperfect Boson gas with repulsive interactions.
Abstract
The imperfect Boson gas supplemented with a gentle repulsive interaction is completely solved. In particular it is proved that it has non-extensive Bose-Einstein condensation, i.e., there is condensation without macroscopic occupation of the ground state (k=0) level.
