Nonlinear boundary value problem of magnetic insulation
A.V. Sinitsyn

TL;DR
This paper proves the existence of solutions for a nonlinear boundary value problem modeling magnetic insulation in plasma, extending the upper and lower solution method to singular two-point boundary value problems.
Contribution
It generalizes the upper and lower solution method to singular two-point boundary value problems and establishes an existence theorem for the magnetic insulation model.
Findings
Existence of solutions for the magnetic insulation boundary value problem.
Extension of the upper and lower solution method to singular problems.
Theoretical foundation for magnetic insulation modeling.
Abstract
On the basis of generalization of upper and lower solution method to the singular two point boundary value problems, the existence theorem of solutions for the system, which models a process of magnetic insulation in plasma is proved.
