String theory in Lorentz-invariant time-like gauge
Igor Nikitin

TL;DR
This paper develops a Lorentz-invariant time-like gauge formulation for closed bosonic string theory, demonstrating the absence of quantum anomalies and ensuring consistency of the model.
Contribution
It introduces a Lorentz-invariant time-like gauge for closed bosonic strings and proves anomaly-free quantization, advancing string theory formulations.
Findings
Quantum anomalies are absent in this gauge.
The theory maintains Lorentz invariance.
Consistent quantization of the string model is achieved.
Abstract
A theory of closed bosonic string in time-like gauge, related in Lorentz-invariant way with the world sheet, is considered. Absence of quantum anomalies in this theory is shown.
