TL;DR
This paper investigates how the infrared behavior of the interaction Hamiltonian influences the formulation of the S matrix in (2+1)-dimensional QED, shedding light on infrared effects in lower-dimensional quantum electrodynamics.
Contribution
It provides new insights into the impact of infrared dynamics on the S matrix construction in QED3, a less-explored lower-dimensional quantum field theory.
Findings
Infrared sector significantly affects S matrix construction in QED3.
Infrared effects alter the interaction Hamiltonian's role in QED3.
Results improve understanding of infrared phenomena in lower-dimensional gauge theories.
Abstract
In this work we study how the infrared sector of the interaction Hamiltonian can affect the construction of the S matrix operator of QED in (2+1) dimensions.
