TL;DR
This paper explores static spherically symmetric dyons and dyonic black holes within the Einstein-Born-Infeld-Higgs model, revealing their existence constraints and numerical properties, and comparing them to gravitating monopoles.
Contribution
It introduces new solutions for dyons and dyonic black holes in the Einstein-Born-Infeld-Higgs framework, analyzing their features and existence limits.
Findings
Dyons exist only below a critical gravitational parameter value.
Solutions share features with gravitating monopoles.
Numerical analysis of dyonic black holes provided.
Abstract
We find static spherically symmetric dyons in Einstein-Born-Infeld-Higgs model in 3+1 dimensions. The solutions share many features with the gravitating monopoles in the same model. In particular, they exist only up to some critical value of a parameter related to the strength of the gravitational interaction. We also study dyonic non-Abelian black holes. We analyse these solutions numerically.
