Tsuguhiko Asakawa, Taichiro Kugo, Tomohiko Takahashi

TL;DR
This paper constructs the full action for unoriented open-closed string field theory using lpha=p^+ HIKKO vertices and proves its BRS invariance up to expected anomaly cancellations, ensuring gauge invariance.
Contribution
It provides the complete formulation of the unoriented open-closed string field theory action and demonstrates its BRS invariance considering potential anomalies.
Findings
BRS invariance of the action is established up to anomaly cancellation.
The action is based on lpha=p^+ HIKKO type vertices.
Gauge invariance is maintained up to expected anomalies.
Abstract
We present the full action for the unoriented open-closed string field theory which is based on the \alpha=p^+ HIKKO type vertices. The BRS invariance of the action is proved up to the terms which are expected to cancel the anomalous one-loop contributions. This implies that the system is invariant under the gauge transformations with open and closed string field parameters up to the anomalies.
