TL;DR
This paper explores how anomaly inflow mechanisms can be generalized to address anomalies in certain noncompact Type I orbifolds that satisfy tadpole constraints but remain anomalous.
Contribution
It introduces a generalized anomaly inflow mechanism applicable to specific noncompact orbifolds in six and four dimensions.

Abstract
Many noncompact Type I orbifolds satisfy tadpole constraints yet are anomalous. We present a generalization of the anomaly inflow mechanism for some of these cases in six and four dimensions.
