TL;DR
This paper demonstrates how a three-dimensional abelian fermionic determinant can be transformed into a pure Chern-Simons action via nonlinear gauge field redefinitions.
Contribution
It introduces a novel nonlinear redefinition method that simplifies the fermionic determinant to a Chern-Simons form in three dimensions.
Findings
Fermionic determinants can be expressed as Chern-Simons actions after redefinition.
The approach simplifies the analysis of fermionic systems in three dimensions.
The method provides new insights into gauge field theories and topological actions.
Abstract
The three dimensional abelian fermionic determinant of a two component massive spinor in flat euclidean space-time is resetted to a pure Chern-Simons action through a nonlinear redefinition of the gauge field.
