Anyon Zitterbewegung
Subir Ghosh (D.A. College, Calcutta)

TL;DR
This paper introduces a new classical model for anyons that demonstrates Zitterbewegung, a quantum phenomenon, by extending existing spinning particle models to capture essential anyon features in the non-relativistic regime.
Contribution
It presents a novel classical model for anyons that exhibits Zitterbewegung, bridging quantum phenomena with classical analogues.
Findings
Model reproduces Zitterbewegung in a classical setting
Retains key features of anyons in the non-relativistic limit
Provides a new perspective on anyon dynamics
Abstract
A new model for anyon is proposed, which exhibits the classical analogue of the quantum phenomenon - Zitterbewegung. The model is derived from existing spinning particle model and retains the essential features of anyon in the non-relativistic limit.
