TL;DR
This paper demonstrates a connection between various 3D theories using BRST symmetry and a topological field theory linked to the classical Chern-Simons model, revealing a duality between topologically massive and self-dual models.
Contribution
It introduces a novel framework connecting 3D theories via BRST symmetry and topological field theories, highlighting a duality between topologically massive and self-dual models.
Findings
Establishes a duality between topologically massive and self-dual models.
Connects different 3D theories through a topological field theory.
Uses BRST symmetry to relate theories via the classical Chern-Simons limit.
Abstract
We show that, with the help of a general BRST symmetry, different theories in 3 dimensions can be connected through a fundamental topological field theory related to the classical limit of the Chern-Simons model.
