Composite Skyrme Model with Vector Mesons
Kwanghoon Hahm, KyoungHo Han, H. J. Shin

TL;DR
This paper extends the composite Skyrme model by incorporating vector mesons into a chiral Lagrangian to analyze baryon properties, providing a more comprehensive understanding of baryonic structure.
Contribution
It introduces vector mesons into the composite Skyrme model, enhancing the model's ability to describe baryon properties.
Findings
Vector mesons significantly affect baryon static properties
Model with vector mesons aligns better with experimental data
Comparison shows improvements over models without vector mesons
Abstract
We study the composite Skyrme model, proposed by Cheung and G\"{u}rsey, introducing vector mesons in a chiral Lagrangian. We calculate the static properties of baryons and compare with results obtained from models without vector mesons.
