TL;DR
This paper investigates the nonperturbative renormalization group flow in O(4) gauged supergravity, revealing a fixed point and behavior of gravitational couplings similar to Einstein gravity at large scales.
Contribution
It introduces the exact RG equations for O(4) gauged supergravity and identifies a fixed point, advancing understanding of quantum gravity in this framework.
Findings
Existence of a nonstable fixed point in RG flow.
Newtonian coupling grows at large distances, similar to Einstein gravity.
RG equations for cosmological and Newtonian constants derived nonperturbatively.
Abstract
We study exact renormalization group (RG) in O(4) gauged supergravity using the effective average action formalism. The nonperturbative RG equations for cosmological and newtonian coupling constants are found. It is shown the existence of (nonstable) fixed point of these equations. The solution of RG equation for newtonian coupling constant is qualitatively the same as in Einstein gravity(i.e. it is growing at large distances).
