Infrared Stability of N=4 Super Yang-Mills Theory
Michela Petrini

TL;DR
This paper investigates the infrared behavior of a class of non-supersymmetric gauge theories sharing field content with N=4 Super Yang-Mills, revealing that the supersymmetric model is an IR unstable fixed point.
Contribution
It demonstrates that N=4 Super Yang-Mills is an IR unstable fixed point within a broader class of similar gauge theories.
Findings
N=4 Super Yang-Mills is IR unstable
Infrared properties of non-supersymmetric theories analyzed
Fixed point stability determined for the supersymmetric model
Abstract
We study the infrared perturbative properties of a class of non supersymmetric gauge theories with the same field content of N=4 Super Yang-Mills and we show that the N=4 supersymmetric model represents an IR unstable fixed point for the renormalization group equations.
