I.V. Gorbunov, S.M. Kuzenko, S.L. Lyakhovich

TL;DR
This paper introduces new geometric models for anyons, including fractional spin particles, on minimal phase spaces, and discusses their coupling to background fields and relation to existing models.
Contribution
It presents novel geometric formulations for anyons and consistent background field couplings, advancing the theoretical understanding of fractional spin particles.
Findings
New geometric formulations for anyons
Consistent couplings to background fields
Discussion of relation to previous models
Abstract
We present new geometric formulations for the fractional spin particle models on the minimal phase spaces. New consistent couplings of the anyon to background fields are constructed. The relationship between our approach and previously developed anyon models is discussed.
