Ioannis Giannakis (Rockefeller University)

TL;DR
This paper demonstrates how O(d,d,Z) T-duality transformations can be realized as automorphisms of operator algebras in conformal field theories, extending their applicability to various field configurations.
Contribution
It introduces a novel implementation of O(d,d,Z) transformations as automorphisms, broadening their scope within conformal field theory operator algebras.
Findings
O(d,d,Z) transformations act as automorphisms of operator algebras
Extension of T-duality transformations to arbitrary field configurations
Framework applicable to a wide class of conformal field theories
Abstract
We implement the O(d,d,Z) transformations of T-duality as automorphisms of the operator algebras of Conformal Field Theories. This extends these transformations to arbitrary field configurations in the deformation class.
