TL;DR
This paper calculates the one-loop nonholomorphic corrections to the Kähler potential in N=2 Super Yang-Mills theory, revealing new contributions from matter and gauge loops that affect four-point couplings.
Contribution
It provides the first explicit determination of the real function characterizing nonholomorphic corrections at one-loop in N=2 SYM.
Findings
Computed the one-loop function including matter and gauge contributions
Clarified the impact of on four-point couplings in N=2 vector multiplets
Discussed implications for the structure of the effective action
Abstract
In addition to the familiar contribution from a holomorphic function , the K\"ahler potential of the scalars in the nonabelian vector multiplet receives contributions from a real function . We determine the latter at the one-loop level, taking into account both supersymmetric matter and gauge loops. The function characterizes the four-point coupling of the vector-multiplet vectors for constant values of their scalar superpartners. We discuss the consequences of our results.
