TL;DR
This paper derives new solutions for charged, rotating black strings within Einstein-Maxwell theory with a cosmological constant, expanding understanding of such objects in four-dimensional stationary spacetimes.
Contribution
It presents novel charged rotating black string solutions in Einstein-Maxwell theory with a cosmological constant, broadening the class of known black string configurations.
Findings
Charged rotating black string solutions are explicitly constructed.
Solutions include both open and closed black strings.
The analysis is within a four-dimensional stationary spacetime with specific symmetries.
Abstract
Einstein-Maxwell equations with a cosmological constant are analyzed in a four dimensional stationary spacetime admitting in addition a two dimensional group of spatial isometries. Charged rotating open and closed black string solutions are found.
