MULTISTRING SOLUTIONS IN INFLATIONARY SPACETIMES
H.J. de Vega, I.L. Egusquiza

TL;DR
This paper finds multistring solutions to string equations in inflationary spacetimes with specific expansion factors, extending previous results to a broader class of cosmological models.
Contribution
It introduces new multistring solutions for inflationary spacetimes with power-law expansion, generalizing known solutions in de Sitter space.
Findings
Multistring solutions exist for spacetimes with $R( au) \,\propto\, \eta^k$ for $k<0$.
For $0>k>-1$, only two-string solutions are found.
For $k=-1-1/n$, multistring solutions with infinitely many strings are possible.
Abstract
Multistring solutions of the string equations of motion are found for inflationary spacetimes with expansion factor for any and conformal time. If only two-string solutions can be found within our ansatz, whereas for , with , multistring solutions exist with an infinite number of strings [In the special case we recover de Sitter spacetime where multistring solutions were first found].
