TL;DR
This paper develops topological sigma models with potentials that lack central charge and Killing vector requirements, simplifying observable calculations and connecting massless models with Landau-Ginzburg theories.
Contribution
It introduces a new class of topological massive sigma models without central charge or Killing vector constraints, expanding the framework of topological field theories.
Findings
Models have no central charge and do not require Killing vectors.
Simplified calculation of observables using the new models.
Models interpolate between massless sigma models and Landau-Ginzburg theories.
Abstract
In this paper we construct topological sigma models which include a potential and are related to twisted massive supersymmetric sigma models. Contrary to a previous construction these models have no central charge and do not require the manifold to admit a Killing vector. We use the topological massive sigma model constructed here to simplify the calculation of the observables. Lastly it is noted that this model can be viewed as interpolating between topological massless sigma models and topological Landau-Ginzburg models.
