Sigma Models And The ADHM Construction Of Instantons
Edward Witten

TL;DR
This paper develops a family of linear sigma models with (0,4) supersymmetry, based on ADHM data, that are designed to flow to stringy Yang-Mills instantons on R^4 in the infrared.
Contribution
It introduces a new class of sigma models constructed from ADHM data, connecting supersymmetric field theories with instanton moduli spaces.
Findings
Constructed sigma models with (0,4) supersymmetry
Models depend on the full set of instanton parameters
Models flow to stringy Yang-Mills instantons on R^4
Abstract
This paper is devoted to the construction of a family of linear sigma models with supersymmetry which should flow in the infrared to the stringy version of Yang-Mills instantons on . The family depends on the full set of expected parameters and is obtained by using the data that appear in the ADHM construction of instantons.
