An operator approach to BRST invariant transition amplitudes
Silvio J. Rabello, Arvind N. Vaidya

TL;DR
This paper applies an operator method to derive BRST invariant transition amplitudes for free relativistic particles, extending Dirac and Schwinger's approach within the BFV formalism for constrained systems.
Contribution
It introduces an operator-based technique to compute BRST invariant transition amplitudes, bridging classical operator methods with modern BRST formalism.
Findings
Successfully derives transition amplitudes for free particles
Demonstrates compatibility with BRST invariance
Extends operator methods to constrained systems
Abstract
The transition amplitudes for the free spinless and spinning relativistic particles are obtained by applying an operator method developed long ago by Dirac and Schwinger to the BFV form of the BRST theory for constrained systems.
