Ulf H. Danielsson

TL;DR
This paper explores the $c=1$ string theory using topological field theories, introduces a new calculation method, and links the deformed matrix model to D-series Landau-Ginzburg superpotentials.
Contribution
It proposes a new prescription for calculations in $c=1$ string theory that aligns with the deformed matrix model and suggests a connection to D-series Landau-Ginzburg models.
Findings
New calculation prescription reproduces deformed matrix model results
Establishes a link between deformed matrix model and D-series Landau-Ginzburg superpotentials
Calculations performed for arbitrary genus
Abstract
In this paper the string theory is studied from the point of view of topological field theories. Calculations are done for arbitrary genus. A change in the prescription is proposed, which reproduces the results of the deformed matrix model. It is proposed that the deformed matrix model is related to a D-series Landau-Ginzburg superpotential.
