TL;DR
This paper provides exact, closed-form solutions for a 2D stringy black hole sigma model and the massless complex Sine-Gordon model, revealing their analytic connection through arbitrary functions.
Contribution
It presents the first exact general solutions for these models, linking them via analytic continuation and expressing solutions with four arbitrary functions.
Findings
Exact solutions in closed form for 2D stringy black hole sigma model.
Exact solutions for the massless complex Sine-Gordon model.
Demonstration of the analytic continuation relationship between the models.
Abstract
The exact general solution for a sigma model having the stringy black hole (SBH) as internal manifold is found in closed form. We also give the exact solution for the massless complex Sine-Gordon (MCSG) model. Both, models and their solutions are related by analytic continuation. The solution is expressed in terms of four arbitrary functions of one variable. (hep-th 9312085).
