Self-Dual Supersymmetric Yang-Mills Theory Generates Two-Dimensional Supersymmetric WZNW Models
Hitoshi Nishino

TL;DR
This paper demonstrates that four-dimensional self-dual supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory, when dimensionally reduced, produces various two-dimensional supersymmetric gauged WZNW models, supporting its role in generating integrable models.
Contribution
It shows that self-dual supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory generates multiple two-dimensional supersymmetric models through dimensional reduction, providing evidence for its integrable model-generating capability.
Findings
Generates 2D supersymmetric WZNW models from 4D theory
Supports conjecture linking self-dual SYM to integrable models
Provides a framework for dimensional reduction to lower-dimensional theories
Abstract
We show that recently formulated four-dimensional self-dual supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory, which is consistent background for open ~ superstring, generates two-dimensional ~ and ~ supersymmetric gauged Wess-Zumino-Novikov-Witten models on coset manifolds , after appropriate dimensional reductions. This is supporting evidence for the conjecture that the self-dual supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory will generate lower-dimensional supersymmetric integrable models after dimensional reductions.
