On the bootstrap structure of Yangian-invariant factorized S-matrices
N. J. MacKay

TL;DR
This paper reveals a novel structural insight in the representation theory of Yangians, prompted by the fusing rule observed in elastic scattering theories with Yangian invariance.
Contribution
It uncovers a new connection between the fusing rule and the finite-dimensional representation theory of Yangians, enhancing understanding of Yangian-invariant S-matrices.
Findings
Fusing rule implies a new structure in Yangian representation theory
Yangian invariance constrains the form of factorized S-matrices
Reveals hidden algebraic structures in elastic scattering theories
Abstract
It is pointed out that the apparent presence of the fusing rule for purely elastic scattering theories in theories with dynamical Yangian invariance implies beautiful and hitherto unseen structure in the finite-dimensional representation theory of Yangians.
