S. Massar, R. Parentani, R. Brout

TL;DR
This paper examines a harmonic oscillator particle detector coupled to a scalar field in 1+1 dimensions, analyzing its behavior under inertial and uniformly accelerated motion, and clarifying the absence of radiation in stationary states.
Contribution
It extends the particle detector model to uniformly accelerated motion and clarifies the non-radiation condition in stationary states.
Findings
No radiation from uniformly accelerated detector in stationary state
Analysis of detector behavior in inertial and accelerated frames
Clarification of radiation absence in stationary states
Abstract
The particle detector model consisting of a harmonic oscillator coupled to a scalar field in dimensions is investigated in the inertial case. The same approach is then used in the accelerating case. The absence of radiation from a uniformly accelerated detector in a stationnary state is discussed and clarified.
