Extended form method of antifield-BRST formalism for BF theories
Hitoshi Ikemori

TL;DR
This paper introduces an extended form method to construct the antifield-BRST formalism for BF theories, simplifying the derivation of BRST invariant actions using extended forms that include all necessary ghosts and antifields.
Contribution
It presents a novel extended form approach to directly derive the BRST invariant BV antifield action for BF theories, streamlining the formalism.
Findings
Constructed BV antifield action using extended forms.
Provided a direct method to incorporate all ghosts and antifields.
Simplified the derivation of BRST invariant actions.
Abstract
The Batalin-Vilkovisky antifield action for the BF theories is constructed by means of the extended form method. The BRST invariant BV antifield action is directly written down by making use of the extended forms that involve all the required ghosts and antifields.
