Rotating Dilaton Black Holes
James H. Horne, Gary T. Horowitz

TL;DR
This paper demonstrates how minimal angular momentum significantly alters extremal charged dilaton black holes, computes their gyromagnetic ratio, and introduces an exact rotating black string solution.
Contribution
It reveals the impact of small angular momentum on extremal dilaton black holes and provides new solutions and calculations in this context.
Findings
Small angular momentum qualitatively changes black hole properties
Gyromagnetic ratio of dilaton black holes computed
Exact rotating black string solution presented
Abstract
It is shown that an arbitrarily small amount of angular momentum can qualitatively change the properties of extremal charged black holes coupled to a dilaton. In addition, the gyromagnetic ratio of these black holes is computed and an exact rotating black string solution is presented.
